- The version of Ihsaan you’re using
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- The steps that led to the issue, if you can
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps
- How you sign in: with Apple or with email

Common questions
My prayer times look incorrect.
Prayer times are calculated on your iPhone based on your location. Make sure Ihsaan has the right location, then email us your city and the times you expected so we can look into it.
I’m not receiving reminders.
Open your iPhone’s Settings app, go to Notifications → Ihsaan, and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Then check that the reminder is turned on inside Ihsaan and that a Focus mode isn’t silencing it.
I got a new iPhone. How do I get my data back?
Install Ihsaan and sign in the same way you did before — with Apple, or with the same email address. Your entries will sync to the new device.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the link sent to your email. If you use Sign in with Apple, there’s no separate password; just sign in with Apple again.
Can I restart my streak?
Yes, at any time. Ihsaan is about returning, not about being perfect.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all of your data from Settings inside the app. If you can’t access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we’ll take care of it. If you used Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, mention that in your message so we can find your account. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
